We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scottish Highlands and islands may require 1-2 additional working days. We do not currently deliver internationally. For international enquiries, contact us.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Most deliveries arrive before 5pm. If you need a specific delivery time (before 12pm, Saturday delivery), contact us and we can arrange this for an additional charge.
Production starts once you approve your artwork. If using our free design service, you'll receive a proof within 4 working hours. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day. Weekend orders begin the next working day.
All backdrops are carefully rolled and packed in sturdy cardboard tubes. Fabric backdrops can be folded without damage, but we roll them to avoid creases. Hardware items are packaged in purpose-built boxes with internal padding.

Choose Express 48hr for delivery within 2 working days. For extreme urgency, select same-day service if you order before 10am (vinyl only, maximum 100 sqft).

Yes, collection is available from our London facility. Choose 'collection' at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Collection: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.
