We price by square footage with volume discounts. Vinyl backdrops start at £1.80/sqft for small orders and drop to £1.40/sqft for orders over 200 sqft. Fabric backdrops cost 20% more. Express delivery adds 25%, same-day adds 50%. Use our instant calculator to get your exact price.
Everything you need: custom printing, professional hemming, your choice of eyelets or pole pockets, pre-press artwork check, and free UK delivery. The only additional costs are express/same-day turnaround or fabric upgrade.
Yes — our volume pricing automatically gives you better rates as you order more square footage. For 200+ sqft you pay £1.40/sqft (vinyl). For very large corporate orders, contact us for custom pricing.
You don't need a quote — our instant configurator calculates your exact price in real-time. If you prefer to discuss requirements, contact us and we'll provide a formal quote.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for trade accounts. For large corporate orders we can arrange invoicing — contact us.
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel. Before printing starts we can cancel for a full refund. Once printing has started, changes aren't possible. Design service orders can be changed before you approve the proof.
Vinyl is durable, waterproof, and suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Fabric (polyester dye-sublimation) has a soft matte finish, is completely wrinkle-free, and photographs beautifully. Fabric costs 20% more than vinyl.
Yes — vinyl is waterproof, UV stable, and designed for outdoor use. Fabric backdrops are for indoor use only as they're not waterproof.
Fabric backdrops are completely wrinkle-free. Vinyl backdrops should be rolled, not folded. If a vinyl backdrop develops creases, hang it for 24-48 hours or use a steamer on low heat.
Fabric: machine washable on gentle cycle (30°C max), tumble dry on low. Vinyl: wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Don't use harsh chemicals.
Yes — both vinyl and fabric produce photographic quality results at up to 1440dpi. Photographs, gradients, complex logos and fine details all print beautifully.
Use our free design service. Select 'Get Free Design' when ordering, upload your logo, share colour preferences, and describe your vision. We'll send a proof within 4 working hours. Unlimited revisions included.
We prefer vector formats (PDF, EPS, AI, SVG). We also accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, TIFF. Images should be at least 150 DPI at the final print size. Upload your file and our pre-press team will check it.
Yes — every file is reviewed by our pre-press team. We check resolution, colour profiles, bleed areas, and quality. If we spot any issues, we'll contact you within 2 hours with suggestions.
Yes. Provide Pantone references, hex codes, or CMYK values. Note that both vinyl and fabric use CMYK profiles so there may be slight variations from Pantone solid colours. We'll show you a proof before printing.
At least 150 DPI at the final print size. For an 8ft × 8ft backdrop, your image should be at least 14,400 × 14,400 pixels. If unsure, send us your file and we'll check.
Yes — any size from 1ft × 1ft up to 20ft × 8ft and larger for special projects. Use our configurator for custom dimensions or choose from popular preset sizes.
Eyelets are brass grommets around the edges — you hang using rope, hooks, or clips. Pole pockets are fabric sleeves at the top/bottom that slide onto stand poles. Both options are included free.
With eyelets: use rope, cable ties, hooks, or clips. With pole pockets: slide onto a backdrop stand frame. We also sell backdrop stands separately.
Yes — telescopic stands in 8ft × 8ft (£69.99) and 8ft × 10ft (£99.99). Order a stand with your backdrop and save 10%.
Standard: 3-5 working days from artwork approval. Express 48hr: 2 working days. Same-day: vinyl only, max 100 sqft, order before 10am. Production starts when you approve your artwork.
Free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses is included. Express 48hr costs 25% extra. Same-day costs 50% extra.
We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Scottish Highlands and islands may take 1-2 extra days.
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. You'll also get notifications when order is confirmed, in production, and dispatched.
We don't provide physical samples as every backdrop is custom printed. However, we can email example photos of similar work. If you use our design service, you'll receive a high-resolution proof before printing.
Yes — if your backdrop arrives with print defects, damage, or doesn't match the approved proof, we'll reprint it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Yes — both vinyl and fabric backdrops are reusable. Fabric can be machine washed and stored folded. Vinyl can be rolled for storage and wiped clean between uses.
No — you can order just one backdrop with no minimum quantity. Volume pricing means you save money on larger orders, but singles are absolutely fine.
