What's included in the price?

Every backdrop includes full-colour printing, hemming, and your choice of eyelets or pole pockets at no extra charge. Pre-press artwork checks are included. The only additional cost is VAT (20%) added at checkout.

How do I choose between eyelets and pole pockets?

Choose eyelets if you'll hang the backdrop using cable ties, hooks, or rope. Choose pole pockets if you're using a telescopic backdrop stand — the pole slots through the pocket for a clean, professional look.

Can I order a size that's not listed?

Yes — use our configurator to enter any custom dimensions. We can print backdrops up to 20ft (6m) wide seamlessly. For heights over 10ft, we may need to join panels.

Do you provide the backdrop stand?

Backdrop stands are sold separately. We stock telescopic stands in 8ft × 8ft (£69.99) and 8ft × 10ft (£99.99). Order your stand with a printed backdrop and save 10%.

What file format should I supply?

We accept PDF, EPS, JPG and PNG files up to 50MB. For best results, supply vector files or high-resolution images at 150dpi+. Our pre-press team will check your file within 2 hours.

Can you design my backdrop?

Yes — our free design service is included with every order. We create step and repeat logos, branded backdrops, and fully custom designs. Fill in the design brief and we'll send a proof within 4 working hours.

How is fabric different from vinyl?

Fabric backdrops are printed on polyester using dye-sublimation — they're wrinkle-free, lightweight, premium feel. Vinyl backdrops are waterproof PVC — durable, outdoor-suitable, available with 48hr express. Fabric costs 20% more.
